HAPPY BIRTHDAY
ADDISON!!!
Addison is turning 8 years old on Friday, May 29th!
You are reading this message because you and/or your child are friends with Addison. Please have your child tell you one thing they like about him, one way they see God working in him or any one thing that would encourage him. Mom will print out the list and read him the comments on his birthday as a source of encouragement.
Thank you.
We count each of you as a blessing from the Lord,
Addison's mommy

I love you tons and tons. I can't believe you are 8! Hooray!!
Love,
Mother
I'm so glad that I get to live in your house. I really appreciate how well you and Adelaide play together. You are a really great older brother.
I hope you have a great birthday!
From on Pirate to Another,
Stephen
What a joy it is to live with you. If Charis could say more than "Addison" (which she says many, many times a day) she would say that she loves to follow you around and loves when you get down and play with her.
You are a humble servant. You are always holding doors for me, helping me carry groceries in the house or picking up something Charis dropped. I appreciate this about you.
Oh, and I like your goofy laugh too!
Love,
Mrs. A
Papa and Nana
Elijah, Sophia and Uncle Greg wish you a very very happy birthday! It is hard to believe you are eight(-ty eight!!)
Elijah says he can't wait until he sees you again and happy birthday! Sophia also says happy birthday, but she is a "world traveler" and is coming back from her trip to New York City.
We love you and will hide your gift here at Nana's. When you come here you can look for it hidden under a secret location under the couch. Whatever you do, please do not look under the couch--it is not there!! We prooooomise....;)
Love
Greg, Elijah, Sophia
Bravo! When will you be on tour? We would like to hear "Amazing Grace" for your next performance.
We had giant smiles on our faces when we watched and listened to you sing. To see your sweet, gentle spirit shine through in what you do is such a blessing to us.
We hope to see you real soon!
Happy Eighth Birthday, nephew/cousin!
Love,
Ethan, Trewdee and Kevin
P.S. Uncle Kevin says that now your are eight, you are entitled to eight birthday "smushies". "Smushies" are an ancient family tradition that have been practiced since the dawn of 2006. We really can't tell you more than that, and that you will see what a "smushie" is the next time we meet.
I really enjoyed having you and your Dad play piano at my house a few weeks ago. Thank you for being willing to share music with us. You seem to take such delight in sharing good things with others, and I believe that is a special gift from God. Continue to be generous this year!!
There is a scripture that I want to share with you, and there is a brief story that goes with it.
The Sunday before your brother was born, I saw you and your Dad at church. During a prayer, I saw you kneeling, and God brought a scripture to my mind. Since then, whenever I think of you, I think of this scripture and pray for you based on what it says. I think it is extra special for you, since this is your 8th birthday.
2 Kings 22:1-2
"Josiah was eight years old when he began to reign...And he did what was right in the eyes of the Lord and walked in all the way of David his father, and he did not turn aside to the right or to the left."
You are never too young to walk in obedience or to depend upon God's grace. God bless you this year!
Sincerely, Mrs. Lunt
We're all glad we're friends!
Sto lat! (That's a Polish blessing that means "to a hundred!")
love, the Henrys (Marlaena, Kara, Mike and Prince)
The Martins want to wish you a very happy birthday!! Thank you for all the ways you cared for us when we lived with you and even now when we come back for visits eg. giving up your bed, helping take care of Ellie and asking about our lives here in nyc. Our prayer for you this year is exactly what you sang " No condemnation now I dread;
Jesus, and all in Him, is mine;
Alive in Him, my living Head,
And clothed in righteousness divine,
Bold I approach th’eternal throne,
And claim the crown, through Christ my own.
Bold I approach th’eternal throne,
And claim the crown, through Christ my own"
With much love,
the Martins xoxo
It was fun for us to spend time with you on your birthday week. We have such a great time when you are at our house! We are very thankful for how you have accepted us as your friends and played with John Mark and Caleb. John Mark likes how you make him laugh. Caleb likes how you scream like a dinosaur. Mrs. J admires how you are always cheerful - joy is a fruit of the Spirit, and I see Him at work in your heart. Oh, and we love your singing and piano playing!
Love, the Johnsons
We are so blest that you are part of our family! Wish we could see you more. You are an excellent "big brother." You always protect Adalaide and no doubt, Avery too, now that he is crawling around. God has blest you with wonderful parents and a sister and brother. I'm also so proud and thrilled you are learning to play the piano. Congratulations on a job well done! It must be fun to play the piano with Daddy.
We love you so very much. Happy, happy 8th birthday, Addison!
May the Lord bless you and keep you in His care, now and forever. [If I were there and could put you to bed, I would pray that scripture over you as I do our grandchildren.]
Hugs and love to you, my precious one, Uncle Terry and Aunt Joanie
All the Reinhart girls thins you are great! Maggie says you are so fun to play with and very imaginative. She loves being your friend. Katie loves to play with you too! And you are so sweet to Annie. You are becoming a young man whose love for the Lord is clearly seen in the way you interact with others. You are very special. We love you! Happy Birthday!!
Love, The Reinharts
Much love, Aunt Gretchen and Uncle Dave
Happy Birthday!!!
We enjoy having your friendship with our boys. What a blessing!
Ellison likes playing spy games with you, and looks forward to getting to spend more time with you. Alexander likes to play with you, and being on your team. God has given you a rich inheritance, being the son of parents who love Jesus. May you learn more and more about the Savior who loves you, through the Bible and the lives of your mom and dad.
Happy Birthday!
